Kings County Family Resource Centre

Kings County Family Resource Centre offers free programs, services, resources and support for families to reach their full potential.

KCFRC Programming

KCFRC offers a range of accessible, community-based, family-focused programs and services that contribute to the healthy development and well-being of children, youth, families, and caregivers with children aged 0-18 years.

Caregivers may identify as a parent, mother, expectant parent, father, teen parent, foster/ adoptive/ adoptive family and/or grandparent. Caregivers may be binary or non-binary.

We support families experiencing social, emotional and familial challenges that may impact family functioning, parent-child relationships and their overall wellness.

Our goal is to strengthen families and communities.

We have a community closet filled with clothing of all sizes, household items, and other necessities for those who may be in need as well as a toy lending library for our participants and home-based childcare providers.

We are committed to all families in Kings County to support, strengthen and inspire growth in the community with our free programs, services, and resources.

Everyone is welcome, no matter what their background or socio-economic status. We strive to provide a space that is safe, judgement-free and inclusive to all.

We look forward to seeing you and your family at the Centre.
